The Position
As a Senior Landscape Architect / Designer at DELVA, you’re not just an architect—you’re a leader in design innovation, balancing creative direction with the practicalities of project management. You drive design processes with confidence, ensuring that every project reflects the unique essence of its location while meeting the technical and aesthetic requirements and reflects our DELVA DNA. You’ll manage teams, guide projects from concept to completion, and represent DELVA in front of clients and partners.
Your ability to translate complex design challenges into compelling spatial solutions sets you apart. You lead with a clear vision, inspire those around you, and bring sustainable and innovative practices to the forefront of every project. You will thrive in multidisciplinary teams and your role will be central to creating groundbreaking landscapes that positively impact our world.
What We’re Looking For
- A passionate designer with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in landscape architecture.
- A keen interest in innovative and sustainable design practices.
- Ability to independently lead projects, manage teams, and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in design requirements and the preparation of comprehensive documentation.
- Solid understanding of design processes, and experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and communicate the design narrative effectively.
- Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Cloud; knowledge of Rhino, Revit, and BIM is a plus.
- A proactive, initiative-driven team player who is clear and communicative.
- Confidence in presenting and shaping project outcomes.
- Availability for a minimum of 36 hours per week.
